Booking and Cancellation Fees:

All clients are required to have a card on file to book appointments. The card you provide will serve as a pre-authorized method of payment for any fees incurred due to policy violations. Please contact the office promptly at your booked location if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make adjustments to your appointment.

Late/Tardy Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. While we strive to accommodate delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, please be aware that tardiness can affect our schedule and inconvenience other clients. Generally, a 5-minute grace period will be allowed. Beyond that, we may consider the appointment as cancelled and will work with you to reschedule for a future time.

Canceling Your Appointment, No Show/Call

In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients and avoid cancellation fees, we require that you provide us notice of your cancellation, reschedule or appointment adjustments, a minimum of 24-hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services ORIGINAL fee.

A “No-Show” is a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without canceling a minimum of 24-hours in advance. Failure to be present at your scheduled appointment time without notice, will be recorded in each client’s chart as a “No-Show”. A second occurrence of “No-Show” without reasonable cause may result in client discharge from the facility.
